Giving Tuesday 2022

A girl with long hair wearing a hoodie looks between two computer monitors. Below is a navy bar with bold white text that reads 'Students are struggling, but YOU can help.'

Students across the country are struggling. It’s on the front page of every paper, the top story on tv news: Students are depressed, they’re anxious, they feel alone and afraid and unable to meet the demands of growing up. Their needs, which have grown so heavy and complex, are not being met at school, where they spend most of their time.

Your gift this #GivingTuesday will support training and curriculum for educators that helps them meet students where they are and move them forward with dignity and compassion. You’re supporting professional development that empowers educators to identify, anticipate, and plan for students’ needs--skills educators have never been taught and that are desperately needed in classrooms today.

You may think that TNP is aimed squarely at disabled students--supporting them in cultivating identity pride and gaining access to inclusive classroom spaces. It is so much more than that. When we advocate for and value the rights and identities of disabled students, we build communities centered around access, support, belonging, and valuing the contributions of all.

Want to make your impact go even further? Become a #GivingTuesday fundraiser to set up your personal fundraising page to share with family and friends. BONUS: You’ll be eligible to earn TNP swag!
